Salty Sisters Salon Cancellation & No-Show Policy 1. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask our clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waitlist. 2. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. 3. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. 4. Repeat Offenses: Clients with two or more late cancellations or no-shows will be required to prepay for future appointments. 5. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you’re unable to attend due to an unavoidable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you. 6. Booking Deposits: For certain services or during peak times, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward the cost of your service.
